Corporate Meeting May 2, 2004

Attendance: Craig (P), Cedar, Katie, Ayal, Eric, Dinae, Jesse, Hollis, Ashley

Membership: There will be an open house at the CC on the 7th, with a party to follow

Education: We are having a tie-dye workshop at the Lorax on the 15th at 2, and a beer workshop on the 8th at 7 at the JS. Dinae is continuing to work on the generalized term calendars.

Ayal is worried about the system of checks and balances currently in place in regarding the president, because he can fine us, but it is hard for the president to be fined. Jesse mentions that there has been an ethics committee in the past. We should re-establish this
